- Call information: when you call and we are unable to answer, our virtual assistant may record a transcript of your request or voicemail so our team can follow up.

- To respond to your appointment request and confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
- To send you text messages (SMS) about your appointment request, a link to book online, appointment confirmations, and changes to your appointment.
- To operate our salon and medspa and provide the services you request.

By providing your mobile number when requesting an appointment, you agree to receive text messages from Glowtique Salon & MedSpa about your request and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and SMS consent are used only to communicate with you about your appointments.
