APPOINTMENTS
These Terms & Conditions apply to appointment requests, bookings, and communications with Glowtique Salon & MedSpa.
Appointment requests made by phone or through our virtual assistant are requests, not confirmed bookings, until our team confirms them or you complete a booking through our online booking link.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
- Our cancellation and no-show policy is available at the salon and applies to all confirmed appointments.
MEDSPA SERVICES
Injectable and laser treatments require a consultation with our medical team before any treatment is scheduled.

Information provided by phone or by our virtual assistant is general in nature and is not medical advice.
SMS TERMS
When you provide your mobile number to Glowtique Salon & MedSpa to request an appointment, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us related to your appointment request and appointments. These include a link to book online, a confirmation of your appointment, notice of changes to your appointment, and, if you cancel, an invitation to rebook.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND RATES
Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
OPT OUT, HELP, AND PRIVACY
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP or call (239) 977-4569 for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
